On display till Sunday Jan 31, Waterloo-based landscape architect Deborah Nagan designed a temporary installation consisting of 25 Pencil Cypress trees planted in a mirrored box to create the illusion of an endless forest. After dark, the forest becomes particularly atmospheric, lit with festive tree lights. 'I hope that by walking through the 'forest' on a daily commute people will think differently about living far from nature, and question their usage of resources and theirresponsibility for the world's forests,' says Nagan.
